We use self check-in: we send you an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, avoiding any wait since we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.

The downtown area is well connected by bus and taxi, and you can reach the Riviera Maya from the nearby Cancun bus terminal.

Getting around

Getting around is easy. You can walk to many restaurants, shops and sights, and you also have:

Taxis: available on any corner and affordable within downtown (prices rise toward the Hotel Zone). Always agree the price before the trip.
Bicycles: rentals available, with an extensive network of bike paths connecting the main spots.
Car rental: free street parking outside the property; a good option for exploring the wider area.
Buses: an economical option connecting downtown with the Hotel Zone and the rest of the city.
Colectivos: shared vans along the main avenues, economical and practical for the surroundings.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 20-25 minutes away.

Please note:

This studio is part of a condominium with shared common areas, so some noise from other guests, the street or animals can be normal.
The studio has no exterior windows (natural light only in the bathroom); please keep this in mind when booking.
Before arrival we will request a photo of each guest's valid official ID and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and keep harmonious relations with the neighbors.
You may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, small animals). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.

To preserve the quality of linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
The area's plumbing is delicate; to avoid blockages, toilet paper and other waste must go in the bin provided.
Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the property for each guest.
To comply with the condominium's rules, common areas must be kept tidy and free of personal objects.

Important

For access to the property, we require registration and a valid official ID from every guest.
Your privacy matters to us. Only in cases of force majeure (leaks, flooding or emergencies) may the team need to access the property, with prior notice.
Quiet hours after 9:00 PM. No smoking. No parties or events. Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.

Excelente ubicación y recámara muy limpia y cómoda. Fácil check in y buena communicación. La única contra es que casi no sale agua caliente en la regadera. Volveremos sin duda.
