Check-in is 4:00 PM at most of our homes, with check-out by 11am, but the exact time is set per property. Every property page shows its specific check-in and check-out time near the booking widget, and it is confirmed again on the checkout page when you book. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, message the local team after booking and we will do what we can.

Deposit policy is set per property and shown before you pay, on the secure checkout page. Some homes require a refundable deposit, others do not. We never charge a deposit that is not disclosed upfront.

Cancellation terms differ by property. Each listing shows its specific policy during checkout before you confirm payment, so you always know the terms before you book. We do not apply a single blanket policy across every home.

Some properties are pet friendly and are marked as such in search. If a listing does not mention pets, assume they are not permitted and check with the local team before booking if you plan to bring one.

Booking direct means the rate you see is not padded with a booking platform commission, and any questions go straight to the local team that manages the home, not a support queue. You also get accurate, current photos and details, since we manage the listing ourselves.
