Tulum splits into two zones. The beach road runs along white sand backed by boutique hotels and beach clubs, bike-friendly and priced accordingly. Tulum Pueblo, inland, is where the town actually lives: better food, real grocery stores, a five-minute bike ride to the same beach. Both put you close to Gran Cenote and the clifftop Mayan ruins. Our properties span both zones, from beachfront villas to pueblo apartments.
