Built by people who live where you are staying.

Andiani started with a simple frustration: booking platforms treat every home the same, and most property managers have never set foot in half the units they list. We built the opposite. Every home in our portfolio is inspected, photographed and managed by a team based in the city it sits in, from Cancún to San Miguel de Allende. We do not own a call center; we own relationships with the cleaners, maintenance crews and neighbors who make a stay actually work. What started as a handful of condos on the Riviera Maya has grown into 250+ homes across eleven destinations, still run the same way: locally, carefully, and without the markup a platform adds for doing none of that work.
