Xpu Ha

Xpu-Ha sits on the quiet coast between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, with a wide beach and a fraction of the crowds either town gets. A fringing reef keeps the water calm; a few beach clubs anchor the shoreline, with long open stretches between them. Inland, mangroves and small cenotes add a greener backdrop. Our properties are low-rise condos and villas set back from the beach clubs, minutes from the sand.
