Puerto Morelos sits between Cancún and Playa, twenty minutes from the airport, and stays deliberately small: a real plaza, a leaning lighthouse, a fishermen's cooperative. Offshore, the reef is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, close enough to swim to and protected as a national marine park. Our properties are low-rise condos a few blocks from the water or beachfront homes with direct sand access.
