Guest access

You can use the entire apartment as if it were your own. The pools are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (chemicals are added at night for maintenance and cleaning).

Enjoy authentic Mexico with local restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional dishes, all within a few minutes' walk, plus artisan shops and souvenir boutiques. The beach, with its turquoise water and white sand, is just steps away, and Puerto Morelos is famous for its protected reef - ideal for snorkeling and diving.

Getting around

Puerto Morelos is in a very accessible area. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 25-minute drive; taxis and private shuttles are readily available. Downtown Puerto Morelos, with most restaurants and shops, is about a 10-minute taxi ride (or a pleasant walk). Parking is subject to availability; one car is allowed. We can arrange a private airport transfer in advance.

Puerto Morelos is a tropical seaside town, so you may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, the occasional insect). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out.

The pools are open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
