Guest access

We use self check-in. We provide an access code so you can enter at the time you wish (within the established hours), avoiding any wait, since we do not have permanent on-site staff. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.

Set in the tranquil Bahia Petempich, Arenika offers serenity and stunning natural beauty. The apartment is just steps from the beach, with easy access to soft sand and turquoise water.

The immediate area is peaceful, while the lively side of Cancun, with its dining and nightlife, is easily reachable. Explore nearby cenotes or head into Cancun for a world-class vacation, all from a relaxed beachfront base.

Getting around

While Arenika offers a secluded escape, you stay well-connected. Taxis and local buses are readily available for exploring Puerto Morelos and Cancun. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 20-minute drive away.

Free parking is available at the property for guests with rental cars. The ADO bus terminal in Cancun connects you to other destinations across the Yucatan Peninsula.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the valid official ID of every guest staying at the property, and a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with building regulations.

The condominium undergoes periodic fumigation as a preventive measure. Due to the humid climate and local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please do not leave open food outside the refrigerator.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra charge.

For the air conditioning to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C (70F).

Important: replacement of lost keys, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towels costs USD $20 each. Failure to follow condominium rules may result in penalties of up to USD $200 from the neighborhood committee. Bookings of 7 nights or more include 20 kW of electricity per night; excess consumption is charged at 5 MXN per extra kW (with responsible use this is rarely exceeded).

You have full privacy; only in force majeure situations (floods, leaks, fire) would we need access, always notifying you in advance.
