Getting around is easy from our location in Puerto Morelos. We provide convenient parking at the building if you choose to rent a car to explore the Riviera Maya. For local travel, taxis and rideshare services are readily available. If you prefer a local experience, colectivos or shared vans frequently run along Highway 307, offering an affordable way to reach Cancun or Playa del Carmen. The heart of downtown Puerto Morelos and the beautiful beach are within comfortable walking distance. Cancun International Airport is located approximately 30 minutes to the north, while Playa del Carmen is about 30 minutes to the south. For regional travel, the ADO bus station and the Tren Maya are excellent options for connecting to the wider area.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we require a photo ID for every guest and a signed copy of the condominium regulations - this authorizes access to the property and lets us send your check-in details and directions, and helps us keep good relations with neighbors.

Good to know:

• The rooftop infinity pool and gym are shared building amenities and follow building hours and rules.
• Puerto Morelos sits behind a protected reef, so the water is usually calm; like all of the Riviera Maya, the beach can still have seasonal sargassum (seaweed) at certain times of year.
• You may come across local wildlife (birds, geckos, the occasional insect); please avoid leaving food outdoors.
• Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome essentials. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee on request.
• For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's running and avoid setting it below 21°C.
