Guest access

This is a private suite within a small complex; the garden, patios and lounge areas are shared with 5 other studios.

For your safety, security cameras are installed in the common outdoor areas only - never inside the units, fully respecting guest privacy.

In the shared garden you may pick bananas, basil, mint, spearmint, aloe vera and lemongrass (subject to seasonal availability).

We offer self check-in: you receive an access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established hours. We do not have permanent on-site staff, but we are always reachable for anything you need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant, authentic area offering a unique mix of local culture, markets, shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is the real heart of the city, where locals and travelers meet.

Nearby you will find the famous Mercado 28 for handicrafts and souvenirs, countless restaurants and cafes with regional and international cuisine, plus clothing stores and shops. Parque de las Palapas, a lively public square with cultural events and food stalls, is a short walk away. The ADO bus station connects you to the rest of Cancun and the state of Quintana Roo.

Getting around

Most cafes, restaurants, banks, convenience stores and pharmacies are within walking distance.

To reach the Hotel Zone, take the R1 or R2 bus, or use Uber/Didi to move around easily. We can also help you arrange transportation or car rental.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we will request a clear photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the building regulations. This keeps a harmonious relationship with neighbors and complies with condominium rules.

Parking: There is no parking on the property, but free street parking is available subject to availability.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.

Wildlife: You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside, as we care for the local environment.

Air conditioning: For proper operation, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
