This bright studio offers a comfortable, functional layout ideal for travelers looking for value and convenience:

Please note this is a studio (open-plan layout), not a separate-bedroom apartment.

Guest access

Common areas (garden and outdoor spaces) are shared with 5 other studios in the complex. For everyone's safety, there are security cameras in the shared common areas only; they never face the interior of your unit, so your privacy is fully respected.

In the shared garden there is a small patch where you can pick bananas, basil, mint, spearmint, aloe vera and lemongrass (subject to seasonal availability).

Self check-in: we provide an access code so you can enter at your convenience (within the established schedules). We do not have permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.

In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.

One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.

Getting around

You can pretty much walk to cafes and restaurants, banks, convenience stores and drugstores around.

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, we can help you book those services.

To get to the Hotel Zone you can take the bus R1 and R2. Uber and Didi are also good options to move around.

Other things to note

• Parking: there is no parking on the property; free street parking is available subject to availability.
• Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of EACH guest staying at the property, plus the signature of the building regulations. This is required to authorize access and to keep good relations with the neighbors and comply with building rules.
• Wildlife: as we care for the local environment, you may occasionally see birds, raccoons, local dogs, geckos, spiders or scorpions. Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
• Cleaning: your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
• A/C tip: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C.
