Guest access

Online check-in is required before arrival: upload a valid official ID for every guest and sign the reservation information and house rules. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive outside that window, let us know in advance and, subject to availability, we will help arrange your arrival. We will be happy to host you.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is a vibrant and lively area that offers a unique mix of local culture, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It is the heart of the city and is the place where locals and tourists mingle to enjoy all that Cancun has to offer.

In the center of Cancun, you will find numerous traditional markets such as the famous Mercado 28, where you can find handicrafts, souvenirs and local products. There are also endless restaurants and cafes offering a wide variety of regional and international cuisine, as well as clothing stores, jewelers and other shops.

One of the main attractions in downtown Cancun is Parque de las Palapas, a public park where cultural events and outdoor concerts take place. In addition, in the area there is also the ADO, a bus station where you can take transport to other parts of the city and the state of Quintana Roo.

Getting around

You can pretty much walk to cafes and restaurants, banks, convenience stores and drugstores around.

You can explore the area on foot, but if you are interested in transportation or car rental, we can help you book those services.

To get to the Hotel Zone you can take the bus R1 and R2. Uber and Didi are also good options to move around.

Other things to note

Online check-in is required: please upload a valid official ID for each guest and sign the reservation information and house rules before arrival. Check-in hours are 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; if you arrive earlier or later, let us know in advance and, subject to availability, we can arrange it.

Cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. We do not provide housekeeping or change linens and towels during the stay; extra service can be arranged for an additional cost.

The property is in a quiet residential area of Downtown Cancun and shares its garden and terraces with a few other studios.
