This is an open-plan studio on the ground floor (no stairs, except to reach the rooftop terrace).

It includes:

• A double bed and a single bed in the studio
• Air conditioning (cools the whole studio)
• Equipped kitchen with basic utensils, fridge, coffee maker and blender
• Dining table
• Closet to hang clothes
• Smart TV
• In-room safe
• Bed linens and one towel per guest
• Shared parking space in the building (3 spaces, first come first served)

Guest access

The building has 2 floors (8 apartments in total). Upstairs there is a shared rooftop TERRACE with two palapas, hammocks, loungers, a BBQ, a dining table and a bar with stools (open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

Please no loud music or noise after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.

We use self check-in: we provide an access code so you can enter at your convenience within check-in hours. There is no permanent on-site staff, but we are available by message for anything you need during your stay.

Getting around

The studio is about 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport. You can reach it from the airport by ADO bus, which leaves you an 8-minute walk away. Nearby you can also take the R1 or R2 bus to the beach and Hotel Zone, and taxis are easy to find on the corner avenue.

A car is not necessary, but if you have one there are 3 shared parking spaces for the apartments. Our concierge can arrange airport transfers, a private driver or car rental.

Other things to note

This studio is inside a condominium with shared common areas where other guests stay, so some noise from neighbors, traffic or animals is possible.

The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only (never in private spaces) to reinforce security.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them - we care for the environment and recommend not leaving food out.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available at extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C.

Before arrival we require a photo of the official ID of each guest who will be staying, plus signature of the condominium rules. Every guest's official ID is required to authorize access to the property.
