There is no staff working in the condominium, the arrival is handled with Selfcheck-in, the access codes will be sent to you on the day of your arrival so that you can take the keys and enter your room. It is very important to check-in within check-in hours (3:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Getting around

Nearby you can take the R1 or R2 bus to go to the beach and the hotel zone. Also access to taxis is easy on the corner avenue. If you need your Concierge, they can help you book private transportation.

Other things to note

The accommodation is located within a condominium, where more guests stay and there are common areas that are shared. For these reasons there may be noise from neighbors, cars, or pets.

The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals.

The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will ask you for a photo of the passport or identification of each of the guests who will stay and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
