Space

A simple, comfortable ground-floor apartment (no stairs except up to the rooftop terrace), furnished with the essentials for a relaxed stay. It sleeps up to 4: a double bed in the bedroom, plus a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning in the bedroom cools the whole apartment. The kitchen includes basic cookware and utensils, and you'll also find a dining table, closet, smart TV, and an in-room safe. We provide sheets and one towel per guest. The building's rooftop terrace (open 7 am-9 pm) has two palapas, hammocks, lounge chairs, a BBQ, a dining table, and a bar - a great spot to relax.

Guest access

You'll have the entire apartment, plus shared access to the building's rooftop terrace (7 am-9 pm). The building has 8 apartments over 2 floors with 3 shared parking spaces (subject to availability) and free street parking. Check-in is self-service via a lockbox/access code; to receive your codes on time, please complete the online registration and upload a photo ID for every guest before arrival.

Neighborhood

You're in central downtown Cancun ("el centro"), the real, local side of the city - walkable to restaurants, shops, Market 28, supermarkets, a laundry, and convenience stores, with the R1/R2 buses to the beach and Hotel Zone a few minutes away and taxis easy to find on the corner. It's a lively, authentic neighborhood (not a resort zone), so you'll enjoy local flavor and great value.

Getting around

Cancun airport is about 20 minutes away; you can also take an ADO bus that drops you an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The R1/R2 buses to the beach are a 5-minute walk, taxis and rideshares are easy, and we can arrange trusted airport transfers or a driver. A car isn't necessary, but if you bring one there are 3 shared parking spaces plus free street parking. Walkable: ADO 8 min - Market 28 ~10 min - supermarket 7 min - bus to beach 5 min.

Other things to note

• To receive your access codes on time, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest before arrival - we need these to authorize entry and send your check-in details.
• This is a lively downtown building within a shared condominium, so some daytime noise from neighbors, the street, or the area is normal - it's the trade-off for the central location and value.
• The apartment is compact and furnished with the essentials; it's a practical city base rather than a spacious resort unit.
• Air conditioning is in the bedroom and cools the whole apartment; please keep doors and windows closed while it runs.
• Visible security cameras are placed only in common areas for safety, never inside the apartments.
• Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure; mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra cost.
