Guest access

We use self check-in. Before arrival we send you an access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site but are always available by message for anything you need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is full of shops, restaurants, bars and local markets. Among the most popular spots are Mercado 28 and Mercado 23, where you can find local crafts, clothing, food and drinks.

For culture and history, the area offers attractions such as Parque Las Palapas, which hosts festivals and concerts, and the striking Cristo Rey church. Downtown is well connected to the rest of the city by bus and taxi, and you can catch a bus to the Riviera Maya from the nearby Cancun bus terminal.

Getting around

Many restaurants, shops and sights are within walking distance. Other ways to get around:

• Taxis: convenient and easy to find on most corners; fares within downtown are affordable (more to the Hotel Zone). Always agree the price before starting the trip.
• Bicycles: available to rent, with an extensive network of bike paths.
• Car rental: street parking is available outside the property; handy for exploring this large city.
• Buses: an economical, practical option connecting downtown with the Hotel Zone and beyond.
• Colectivos: shared vans along the main highway, an economical way to reach surrounding areas.

Other things to note

This studio is in a condominium with shared areas, so some noise (from other guests, animals or street traffic) is possible during your stay.

Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

Being in the city near nature, you may occasionally encounter birds, local dogs or small wildlife (geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outdoors.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the A/C to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
