Guest access
Self check-in with a keypad/lockbox code, so you can arrive any time within the agreed window with no waiting. We do not keep staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.
Neighborhood
You are in the Cancun Hotel Zone on a quiet, gated dead-end street that offers peace and security. Cross the main avenue and you reach Playa Tortugas, with calm Caribbean water and the ferry pier to Isla Mujeres.
An Oxxo convenience store is just steps away, and restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife are about 5 minutes away.
Getting around
Getting around is easy with no need to rent a car. The bus stop is right at the street corner and runs the full length of the Hotel Zone and into downtown.
If you drive, there is one parking spot (shared with the studio below). Street parking is also available in this safe area; please do not use the spaces across the street, as they belong to the neighbors.
The airport is about 20 minutes away. We can arrange trusted airport transfers or a private driver on request.
Other things to note
Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will stay, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
The building swimming pool is temporarily closed until further notice.
You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we are mindful of the natural environment.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional fee.
For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21C.

- For everyone's wellbeing, the interior is smoke-free and free of illegal substances.
- Please help us care for the environment by turning off lights and AC when not in use.
- To protect linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen, or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The local plumbing is delicate: please place toilet paper and other waste in the trash bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Please keep areas tidy and dispose of trash only in the designated spaces.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the home for each guest.
- To comply with condo rules, please keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing, or visible objects.
IMPORTANT
- An official, valid photo ID of every guest is required to authorize access to the property.
- Your privacy matters. Only in emergencies (leaks, flooding, etc.) may the team need access, with prior notice when possible.
