Guest access

Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive on your own schedule (within set hours). We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message.

Common garden areas are shared with 5 other studios and are monitored by security cameras for safety only (never inside the units, fully respecting your privacy).

In the garden you may pick bananas, basil, mint, spearmint, aloe vera and lemongrass, subject to seasonal availability.

Neighborhood

Downtown Cancun is a lively, authentic area where locals and visitors mix among markets, restaurants, cafes and shops.

You are minutes from the famous Mercado 28 (handicrafts and souvenirs), countless eateries serving regional and international food, and Parque de las Palapas, a public park hosting cultural events and outdoor concerts.

The ADO bus station nearby connects you to the rest of Cancun and the state of Quintana Roo.

Getting around

The neighborhood is very walkable, with cafes, restaurants, banks, convenience stores and pharmacies all close by.

To reach the Hotel Zone, take the R1 or R2 bus; Uber and Didi are also widely available.

Other things to note

We require an official photo ID of each guest before arrival in order to authorize access; guests also sign the condominium regulations. This keeps a harmonious environment with neighbors and complies with building rules.

There is no on-site parking, but free street parking is available subject to availability.

Being a green, garden setting, you may occasionally see birds, raccoons, local dogs and small wildlife (geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.

Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra fee.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C.
