You are in downtown Cancun, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and local markets. Mercado 28 and Mercado 23 are nearby for handicrafts, clothing, food and drinks. Parque Las Palapas hosts festivals and concerts, and Iglesia de Cristo Rey is worth a visit for its architecture. Everyday needs such as supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes are within walking distance, and the hotel zone beaches are a short taxi ride away.
Getting around
You can walk to many restaurants, shops and attractions. Other options:
- Taxis: easy to find on any corner and affordable within downtown. Always agree the price before starting the trip; fares to the hotel zone are higher.
- Bicycles: several rental shops nearby, and Cancun has an extensive network of bike paths.
- Buses: frequent local routes and the ADO terminal connect you to the airport, the hotel zone and nearby cities.
Other things to note
This studio is part of a condominium with shared common areas, so occasional noise from other guests, pets or street traffic is possible.
Before arrival we require a clear photo of an official ID for every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations, to enable your access code. Only registered guests may stay.

- Please do not use linens or towels to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.

- Dispose of trash only in the designated areas.

Ubicación buena, acceso facil, seguro, cómodo y bonito, ideal para moverse a otros lugares de cancún 👍 Amplio, limpio, cómodo, muy centrico, lugares económicos para comer, cerca de soriana y chedraui y ado, la decoración es bonita y el acceso es fácil y seguro 👎 La iluminación del baño, ya que solo funcionaba la luz led del espejo, solo eso.
