The area is well connected by bus and taxi, and the ADO terminal makes day trips to the Riviera Maya easy. The hotel zone and its beaches are about 10-15 minutes away by car or taxi.

Getting around

Getting around is easy:

• On foot: many restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance
• Taxis: available on almost any corner and affordable within downtown. Always agree on the fare before starting the trip; rides to the hotel zone cost more
• Buses: an extensive, economical network connects downtown with the hotel zone and the rest of the city
• Colectivos: shared vans along the main highway, a cheap way to reach nearby towns
• Car rental: street parking is available outside the property; a good option for exploring the wider area
• Bicycles: rental shops nearby, with bike paths linking key spots

Other things to note

• Before arrival, we request an official photo ID (a photo of a valid government ID) from each guest who will be staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to comply with building regulations.
• This studio is part of a condominium with shared common areas, so some noise from other guests, animals or street traffic is possible.
• You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for the local environment.
• Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
• For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
