Escape to the peace and beauty of Playacar, Playa del Carmen's exclusive gated community - the perfect retreat for families, couples or small groups. This bright, modern condo has an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, and a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or sunset. Central air conditioning keeps the home cool throughout.
The master bedroom features a king bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. There is one full bathroom, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. The single-level, step-free layout is welcoming for guests of all ages.
The gated community offers SHARED resort-style amenities: a large outdoor lagoon pool, lush tropical gardens, walking and biking paths, a children's play area, and exclusive beach access for Playacar residents and guests. A golf course is nearby.
Please note: the on-site gym is temporarily out of service - we're happy to recommend nearby fitness options. Disclaimer: There is ongoing construction nearby from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday; some daytime noise may be heard. Please reach out with any questions.
Guest access
You'll have the entire condo to yourself, plus access to Playacar's shared amenities - the resort-style pool, gardens, walking/biking paths and exclusive beach access points. The building has an elevator and private entrance, and the community is gated and secure. On-site parking is available. We'll send self check-in instructions and your access code before arrival.
Neighborhood
Playacar is Playa del Carmen's upscale, gated residential community - quiet, green and secure, with a golf course, tropical landscaping and private beach access. Downtown Playa del Carmen and its lively 5th Avenue (shops, restaurants, nightlife) are a short drive or bike ride away. Easy day trips include Xcaret, Xel-Ha, cenotes, Cozumel ferries and Riviera Maya ruins.
Getting around
Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive; we can help arrange private transfers or taxis. Within Playacar, walking and biking are easy and pleasant. Downtown is a short taxi or bike ride away, and colectivos/taxis connect you to Tulum and Cancun.
Other things to note
Self check-in by access code; check-out by 11:00 AM. For security and to authorize community access, every guest must provide a valid official photo ID (government-issued) before arrival. The pool, gardens and beach access are SHARED community amenities; the on-site gym is temporarily out of service. Nearby construction may cause some daytime noise Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM. No smoking; no parties. We'll send your access code in advance - contact us if you need help on arrival.

A ver, voy a empezar por lo bueno. El departamento es hermoso, muy bien decorado, cómodo. Se notaba todo nuevo. El complejo es enorme dentro de playacar, tiene varias piletas con toboganes de agua, gimnasio y bar. El problema que tuvimos fue con la comunicación con el anfitrión. Llegamos tarde a playacar y por un problema interno con el QR para ingresar esperamos 2 horas afuera, muertas de calor, con las viejas y 2 niñas. Despues se nos tapo el baño, al no ver que iban a tardar en solucionarlo decidimos comprar una sopapa y solicitamos el reintegro de la misma. Nos dieron muchas vueltas hasta que a los dias nos reintegraron. Luego teníamos un amigo que nos iba a pasar a buscar, solicitamos el QR para que pueda ingresar y nos contestaron al doa siguiente. En conclusión, el depto hermoso pero la atención mala, muy complicado todo.

El lugar esta increíble, solo un poco complicado para encontrar tu edificio, tuve un problema con mi reservación pero me lo solucionaron rápido, solo que al llegar las camas no estaban hechas así que tuve que realizarlo yo, pero el lugar está muy bonito y siempre tuve buena comunicación, así que lo recomiendo ampliamente y a pesar de ese inconveniente volvería a regresar porq todo está limpio y es acogedor ✨ Reserven no se van a arrepentir.

El lugar superó nuestras espectativas, en verdad está hermoso las fotos no le hacen justicia, las albercas padrisimas, el edificio privado y seguro, el departamento equipado, limpio, todo funcional, la vista a las albercas padrisima y el balcón para relajarse un rato. Vamos muy contentos, agradecidos y renovados. Las camas muy cómodas y muy lindo el detalle de dejar botella de agua en el refri, nos salvó el rato💕
