Inside you will find a bright, open layout with step-free access throughout. Central air conditioning keeps the space cool year-round, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, four-burner glass cooktop, full-size microwave, oven and cooking basics for easy home-cooked meals.
Relax in the combined living and sleeping area with high-speed WiFi, a large Smart TV with Netflix, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Sleeping arrangements include a plush queen bed plus a twin sofa bed.
The Leaf complex offers four shared pools, a central clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, a rooftop terrace, and an on-site restaurant serving snacks, coffee and a full bar. Please note all pool, gym and rooftop areas are shared with other guests.

Guest access
Self check-in with a smart lock or lockbox; full instructions are sent before arrival. The condo is on an upper floor of an elevator building inside the gated Playacar community, which has 24/7 controlled access. As a guest you may use all shared amenities, including the four pools, gym, rooftop terrace and clubhouse restaurant.
Neighborhood
Playacar is one of Playa del Carmen's most sought-after gated neighborhoods, known for its quiet tree-lined streets, manicured grounds and proximity to the beach. You are a short walk or drive from 5th Avenue (La Quinta), the main pedestrian street packed with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, and just minutes from Playacar's calm, sandy beaches and the Hard Rock Golf Club.
Getting around
Playa del Carmen is very walkable, and 5th Avenue and the beach are close by. Taxis and rideshare are widely available. Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive; private transfers can be arranged on request. The ADO bus terminal in town connects to Cancun, Tulum and other Riviera Maya destinations. A car is optional but handy for exploring cenotes and parks.
Other things to note
For the safety of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for every guest before access is authorized; please be ready to share a clear photo of your ID. The pool, gym, rooftop and restaurant areas are shared with other residents and guests. This is a studio, so the bed and sofa bed share one open living space.

Très bel appartement dans un beau quartier sécuritaire et tranquille. L’appartement semble être neuf et est très propre. Ce qui est offert correspond à l’annonce affichée, il n’y a aucune surprise. Je le recommande fortement pour une personne qui voyage seule ou un couple. Très belle piscine et gym à notre disposition tout le long du séjour. L’hôte est très réceptif et sympathique.
