Guest access
Self check-in: we provide an access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established hours, with no waiting. We don't keep permanent staff on site, but we're available by message for anything you need during your stay. The building has an elevator and the rooftop common areas are shared by all guests.
Neighborhood
You're in the heart of Playa del Carmen, right on 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida). Step out to dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, with lively nightlife and live music nearby. The white-sand beach and turquoise Caribbean water are a short walk away. Please note: because the building is near venues with live music, some noise may be audible in the studio, especially at night.

Other things to note
Please note the studio is very close to 5th Avenue, so there is night-time noise from bars, live music and pedestrians. The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only (never invading guest privacy) to reinforce security.
Before arrival, we require a photo of a valid official ID from every guest who will stay, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out, as we are guests in their habitat.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.). Additional cleaning or amenity restocking is available for an extra cost. For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's on and do not set it below 21C.

- To preserve linens and towels, please do not use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean the floor.
- The area's plumbing is delicate: please place toilet paper and other waste in the trash bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the studio for each guest.
- To comply with the condominium's rules, balconies and windows must be kept free of towels, clothing or items visible from outside.
IMPORTANT
- A valid official photo ID and registration are required from every guest to authorize access.
- Your privacy matters: only in emergencies (leaks, flooding, etc.) might our team need access, with prior notice.
