Please note there may be construction or maintenance work in the area, with some daytime noise.

Before arrival we request a photo of an official ID for every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules. Only registered guests may stay.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before arrival and another after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Extra cleaning or replenishment during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost.

You may encounter local wildlife such as birds, raccoons, geckos and insects; please respect them and avoid leaving food outside. For the A/C to work well, keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C.
