Guest access

Self check-in with an access code. We send you a personal code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established hours) with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site. The building has reception and 24-hour security, and we stay reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Neighborhood

A residential area just steps from the famous Quinta Avenida, a vibrant pedestrian promenade lined with boutiques, restaurants and bars offering an exceptional dining and shopping experience. The white-sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Caribbean are only a few blocks away, the ideal setting for a day of sun and sea.

Whether you are after a romantic getaway, a family adventure or simply a place to relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere, Playa del Carmen promises a memorable stay in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

Getting around

You probably won't need a car. Most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you can explore the city on foot.

To visit places farther away, several options are available:

• Car rental: ideal for exploring the Riviera Maya, cenotes, parks or nearby cities.
• Taxi: comfortable and easy to find on any corner; always agree on the fare before getting in.
• Colectivos (shared vans): an economical way to reach Tulum, Cancun and towns along the highway.
• ADO bus: long-distance routes from the nearby terminal.

Other things to note

There may be construction or maintenance work in the area, so some construction noise is possible during the day.

Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.

Nature: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for this environment.

Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or restocking during the stay is available for an additional cost.

Air conditioning: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.
