Getting around
A rental car is recommended for easier mobility. Fifth Avenue is a 5-minute drive away, and Cancun airport is about 50 minutes by car. Taxis and private drivers are available, and we can help arrange airport transfers on request.

Your stay includes a cleaning before arrival and another at the end. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost with advance notice.

- Please do not use linens or towels to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The plumbing is delicate; please place toilet paper and other waste in the bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- The resort pools, gym, golf, paddle courts and beach club are shared amenities; please follow posted hours and rules and supervise children at all times.
- Respect check-in and check-out times so we can prepare the apartment for each guest.
