This is a self check-in studio: we send you a personalized door code before arrival so you can enter at your convenience.

You have full private access to the studio and balcony. You may also use the shared rooftop pool, BBQ and lounge areas, the lobby and the elevator, which are shared with other residents of the condominium.

Neighborhood

Playa del Carmen is known for its white-sand beaches and turquoise waters, vibrant nightlife and upscale restaurants, bars and shops.

The city has a cosmopolitan, relaxed atmosphere. From the famous pedestrian Fifth Avenue, full of shops, restaurants and bars, to lively plazas with music and entertainment, Playa del Carmen is full of energy. You will find water sports, adventure tours, yoga and spas, and it is the perfect base for exploring Mayan sites such as Tulum and Chichen Itza.

We are centrally located so you can do everything on foot: 3 blocks from Fifth Avenue and 4-5 blocks from the sea. A supermarket, laundry, grocery store and restaurants are all within a few blocks.

Getting around

You likely will not need a car. Most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

For trips further afield:

• Car rental: ideal for exploring the Riviera Maya, parks, cenotes or nearby cities.
• Taxi: convenient and easy to find; agree on the price before starting the trip.
• Colectivos: shared vans along the main highway, an economical way to move around the area.
• Buses: companies such as ADO connect Playa del Carmen with Cancun and Tulum for longer trips.
• Bicycles: available to rent, with an extensive network of bike lanes around the city.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 45-minute drive. We can help arrange private transfers through trusted partners; just ask.

Other things to note

Please note this is a lively, central area. There may be daytime construction or maintenance noise nearby, and on some nights you may hear sound from nearby rooftop bars and nightlife. We provide a restful bedroom, but light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.

Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This official identification is required to authorize access to the property and to comply with the building's rules.

You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. We care about the environment and ask you to respect them; please do not leave food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C, as this can affect its performance.
