Neighborhood
Excellent central location, just a few steps from the beach and the famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida) but away from the heaviest crowds. You are surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and nightlife.
Getting around
No car needed. The location is highly walkable to the beach and the full length of Fifth Avenue. Taxis, colectivos (shared vans), and the ADO bus terminal are all close by, and Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive.
Other things to note
Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official government-issued ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signature on the condominium regulations. This helps us keep a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with building rules.
As we are in a tropical destination, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, geckos, small insects). We care deeply for the environment, so please do not leave food uncovered outside and treat the surroundings with respect.
Quiet hours and the building's common-area rules apply to all guests.

👍 La ubicación, la comodidad, la limpieza. Todo estuvo genial 👎 Lo unico a mejorar es a la entrega de las llaves, nos toco esperar casi una hora que fueran a llevarnos un duplicado por que el lockbox estaba malo y no podiamos sacar las llaves.
