Guest access
Self check-in with a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within set hours). On arrival, check in at the lobby and reception will let you through; a lockbox by the door holds your key.
The building has a lobby, reception and 24/7 security. Parking is available in the building, subject to availability. We have no permanent staff on site but are always reachable by message.
Neighborhood
The studio sits on lively CTM Avenue in Playa del Carmen, a short walk from everything that makes the town special.
Within minutes you will find restaurants serving local and international cuisine, craft shops and boutiques. The famous Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), with its nightlife and entertainment, is just steps away, and the beach is a short walk for sun and sea.
Please note there is ongoing construction nearby that can be audible during the day.
Getting around
The location is excellent for getting around on foot: Fifth Avenue, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance, so a rental car is not necessary. Taxis, Uber and Didi are also available if you wish to explore farther.
Other things to note
We require an official photo ID of each guest before arrival in order to authorize access; guests also sign the condominium regulations to keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
Please note there is construction nearby that can be noisy during the day. Building parking is small and subject to availability.
The kitchenette has a compact electric cooktop and microwave, ideal for simple meals rather than elaborate cooking.
As a beachside, tropical setting you may occasionally see small wildlife (geckos, birds). Please avoid leaving food out.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra fee.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C.

We had an amazing stay here — truly a 5-star experience! The rooftop was absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing spot to unwind. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our trip. The location was also perfect. It’s situated toward the end of the 5th Avenue strip, which gave us the best of both worlds — quiet and peaceful nights when we wanted to relax, while still being close enough for fun and adventure. There were so many great food and drink spots right around the corner, along with multiple beach clubs nearby for day trips. The rooftop is a great place to rest and sun bathe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
