Neighborhood
Playa del Carmen is a Caribbean paradise where turquoise water meets soft white sand. Mornings are for the gentle sound of the waves and afternoons for exploring vibrant Fifth Avenue, a lively mix of flavors, art and music just steps from the apartment. After dark, the town's nightlife comes alive. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Getting around
You likely will not need a car. Most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
For farther trips there are taxis, car rentals and bicycles, and Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of bike lanes connecting the main tourist areas. Cancun airport is about 50 minutes away by car.
Other things to note
Before arrival we request a photo of an official ID for every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules. Only registered guests may stay.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before arrival and another after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Extra cleaning or replenishment during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost.
You may encounter local wildlife such as birds, raccoons, geckos and insects; please respect them and avoid leaving food outside. For the A/C to work well, keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C.

A mi gustan los lugares que todo lo que necesitas está cerca, y eso para una familia de 3 niños es muy valioso, farmacias, supermercados, etc.). Está muy cerca de la Quinta Avenida, y si rentas auto es muy fácil salir a Tulum y cenotes que están al Sur, o la salida a Cancún también súper accesible. Tuvimos un único inconveniente por el horario de llegada, por lo que si recomiendo a los que lleguen a media noche tomen precauciones en confirmar y obtener sus instrucciones de acceso.
