Guest access
Self check-in with a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within set hours). We have no permanent staff on site but are always reachable by message.
Included: fiber-optic Wi-Fi (stable, 150 Mbps), air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, Smart TVs, sheets and duvet, one bath towel and one pool towel per guest, bath soap and shampoo, and basic kitchen utensils.
Not included: meals, cable TV channels, washer/dryer (home laundry delivery available at extra cost), baby crib (free on request), transportation and daily cleaning. Extras can be arranged with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Bookings of 7 nights or more include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption costs MXN 5 per extra kWh. With responsible use (running the A/C only while home, with doors and windows closed) this is rarely exceeded.

Getting around
You likely will not need a car: most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

- Bicycles: rentals are available and the city has an extensive network of bike paths

Other things to note
We require an official photo ID of each guest before arrival in order to authorize access; guests also sign the condominium regulations to keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.
There may be construction or maintenance work in the area, so some daytime noise is possible.
There is no dedicated on-site parking; limited street parking may be available nearby, subject to availability.
As a tropical setting you may occasionally see small wildlife (geckos, birds). Please avoid leaving food out.
Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking is available on request for an extra fee.
For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C.

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the listing. Upon arrival, we found multiple issues throughout the apartment, including water damage, peeling paint, ceiling cracks, damaged door frames, damaged furniture, visible repair patches, wall stains, and signs of poor maintenance. The condition of the property was significantly different from the photos presented in the listing. We documented the issues immediately and reported them to both the host and Airbnb. Due to the condition of the apartment, we decided to leave after the first night and secure alternative accommodation. Airbnb reviewed the case, refunded the unused nights, and informed us that the listing did not meet platform standards. The location was ok, but the actual condition of the apartment did not reflect what was advertised.
