Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

From the Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

Getting to the Center: To reach downtown Playa del Carmen and the famous Fifth Avenue, you can easily take a taxi or use ridesharing services like Uber, which are widely available in the area.

Public Transit: For those who prefer public transportation, there are nearby bus stops offering convenient connections to different points across the city and top tourist destinations.

Parking: The property offers complimentary street parking, providing ultimate convenience if you decide to rent a car to explore the wonders of the Riviera Maya.

Other things to note

• All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking anywhere on the premises.
• Before arrival we will request a photo of a valid government-issued ID for every guest, plus the signed condominium regulations, to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.
• You may encounter birds, raccoons and small wildlife (geckos, spiders) in this coastal environment; please respect them and do not leave food out.
• Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Extra cleaning or restocking is available for an additional charge.
• To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C (70F).
