The living room provides an inviting, cozy atmosphere to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the television, while the private balcony offers stunning views and serves as the perfect spot to soak up the fresh sea breeze and warm sunshine.

Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Public Transit: For those who prefer public transportation, there are nearby bus stops offering convenient connections to different points across the city and top tourist destinations.

Parking: The property offers complimentary street parking, providing ultimate convenience if you decide to rent a car to explore the wonders of the Riviera Maya.

Other things to note

This is a family-friendly, quiet condominium. All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Enjoy the refreshing mini plunge pool on the balcony. Please note it is not a jacuzzi (no heating and no pressure jets).

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest who will be staying, as well as the signed condominium regulations, in order to authorize access and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care deeply for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help, we recommend not leaving food out in the open.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure. We also provide basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity replenishment during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.

For proper air-conditioning performance, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C, as this could affect operation during your stay.
