Self check-in with a personal access code so you can arrive within the agreed window. We send detailed arrival instructions before your stay and are reachable by message throughout. We do not keep staff on site.

Extras require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Stays of 7+ nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess use is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh. With normal, responsible use (turning off AC when out and keeping doors/windows closed), you should not exceed it.

Neighborhood

Playa del Carmen, the jewel of the Riviera Maya, is known for white-sand beaches and turquoise water. The vibrant Fifth Avenue offers chic boutiques, great restaurants, and lively nightlife, all about a 10-15 minute walk away. A supermarket is right next door, and cenotes and Mayan ruins are within easy reach.

Getting around

Getting around is easy:

• On foot: downtown and Fifth Avenue are very walkable, with shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby.
• Colectivos: shared vans stop right at the corner and are a cheap way to reach nearby towns and beaches.
• Taxis: easy to find; agree the fare before the trip.
• Bicycle: eco-friendly rentals are available.
• Car rental: ideal for exploring the Riviera Maya at your own pace; agencies are nearby.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will stay, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to comply with building rules.

We send full self check-in instructions and your access code before arrival, and we respond by message throughout your stay; please reach out anytime if anything is unclear.

Shared amenities (cinema, gym, kids' area) are reserved at reception and may have condo-imposed charges. The shared pools are not heated.

You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out.

Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for a fee.

For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C. The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only; they never cover private spaces.
