- Cancun International Airport (CUN): approx. 50-minute drive (taxi, private shuttle or rental car).
- Taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are common and budget-friendly for getting around.
- The ADO bus station is within walking distance for connections to other cities and attractions.
- On-site garage/parking available.
Other things to note
- Before arrival we require a photo of the official ID of EACH guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This is mandatory to authorize building access and comply with the rules.
- The pool is a shared/communal rooftop pool of the building.
- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, occasionally scorpions); please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
- Your stay includes pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials).

Muy buen lugar para vacaciones y muy cerca de la playa, recomendaría mejorar la señal del wifi porque en algunas habitaciones era muy lento pero todo lo demás estuvo excelente 👌

Me encantó el departamento , súper acogedor , muy limpio , muy amplio para toda la familia , tiene todo lo necesario, tuve un pequeño problema con la contraseña para entrar al departamento pero me solucionaron rápido, el único detalle es que tengan cuidado , si se estacionan enfrente del Airbnb , tienen que pagar un parquímetro y es de un solo sentido la calle (lamentablemente me multaron por lo mismo), está súper cerca de la 5ta av, 100% lo recomiendo , sin duda volvería a ir .

I held off on writing this review, hoping AndianiTravel would resolve my concerns, but it is clear they have no intention of doing so. My family and I have visited Playa del Carmen many times and stayed in several Airbnb properties, but this was by far the worst experience. We arrived on May 30 and were initially given the wrong entry code. That same night, the AC stopped working. Although I reported the issue immediately, we spent two nights without AC due to delayed responses and no effective solution. With no timely assistance, we had to leave and find another property at the last minute, which was significantly more expensive. After checking out, I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive one. Instead, AndianiTravel falsely accused my family of taking towels in what appears to be an attempt to avoid refunding us. We had our own towels and left the property without taking anything. I would not recommend staying with AndianiTravel.
