Included: bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels (one per guest per stay). Cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure; daily cleaning and mid-stay linen/towel changes are not included but can be arranged for an extra charge.

Guest access

Easy self check-in.

• We provide an access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established check-in hours
• There is no permanent staff on site, but our local team is available 24/7 by message
• For building security, a valid official photo ID is required from every guest, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules before arrival (see Notes)

• Bus stops nearby connecting to points around Playa del Carmen

• Taxis, private shuttles, and ride-hailing are widely available

Other things to note

There may be construction or maintenance work in the area, so some daytime construction noise is possible.

The condominium has visible security cameras in common areas only (never in private guest spaces) to reinforce building security.

The shared pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of every guest staying, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This helps maintain a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with building regulations.

You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, geckos, and occasionally spiders or scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving open food out, as we care for the surrounding environment.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or amenity replenishment is available for an additional charge. To keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and avoid setting it below 21C (70F).
