Please note:
- Two friendly dogs, Pele and Chocolate, live on the property and will happily greet you on arrival. Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group has concerns about dogs.
- Before arrival we will request a photo of each guest's valid official ID and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and keep harmonious relations with the neighbors.
- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, small animals). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
- Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
- For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It was fully equipped, and the interior felt so cozy and homey. We especially loved the hammock in the bedroom, which can be moved around, and the covered rooftop was such an amazing bonus. The only small downsides were that the bed felt a little small and there was some noise at times. Also, while I personally loved the spiral staircase, it may not be the best fit for everyone. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful, and the puppies were adorable—super cuddly and not barky at all.
