Two full bathrooms, one ensuite in each bedroom.

• Kitchen and dining:

A fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals, with a breakfast bar that seats up to 6 for a cozy dining experience.

• Living room:

A comfortable couch and TV to unwind after a long day, with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a door with direct access to the private terrace.

• Terrace:

Your own private terrace with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

• Laundry:

A washer and dryer are available in the shared laundry area within the complex.

• Outdoor and common areas:

Relax on the shared rooftop, enjoy the city views, and gaze at the stars.

Note: this is a private 2BR condo inside a complex; the rooftop, laundry area, courtyard, and stairways are shared common areas. To keep a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere, parties and loud noise or music are not permitted at night. Thank you for your cooperation.

Guest access

You will have full access to your apartment, along with the private terrace and outdoor furniture that belong to your unit.

We use self check-in. We send you a personal access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours, avoiding any wait, as we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message throughout your stay for anything you may need.

Neighborhood

This condo sits in one of Playa del Carmen's most sought-after spots - just a 2-minute walk to the beach and steps from the famous 5th Avenue.

You will be surrounded by vibrant restaurants, charming cafes, trendy shops, and local markets, all within walking distance. It is the perfect blend of beachy vibes and urban convenience, ideal for soaking up everything Playa has to offer.

Getting around

Getting around Playa del Carmen is easy. The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation.

Local buses run along the main avenues, an affordable way to explore the city and reach the ADO bus terminal. Taxis are readily available, and paid parking is available nearby for those driving.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

Other things to note

We have 2 friendly dogs that live at the property - Pele and Chocolate will be happy to greet you on arrival!

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.

You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and small wildlife during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food uncovered outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
