Good to know about noise: this apartment is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, one block from Fifth Avenue, so you'll love being steps from restaurants, shops and nightlife - but there can be music and street noise at night, especially on weekends. It's much quieter with the windows closed and the A/C on. The nearby beach is a short walk away; like all of the Riviera Maya, it can have seasonal sargassum (seaweed) at certain times of year.

- Help us care for the environment by switching off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
- To keep linens and towels in good condition, please don't use them to remove makeup, sunscreen or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The area's plumbing is delicate; to avoid blockages, please place toilet paper and other waste in the bin provided.
- Please dispose of trash only in the designated areas. If in doubt, we're happy to help.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times so we can properly prepare the apartment for each guest.
- To preserve the look of the condominium and comply with its rules, keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing or items visible from outside.
