- Taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are available steps from the building
- Most of Fifth Avenue, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance

Other things to note
Guest registration: before arrival we will request a clear photo of the official ID of every guest staying at the condo, plus a signature of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.
Included: a cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus starter amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and basic essentials. Additional mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available for an extra fee.
Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21 C / 70 F.
The pool, gym, lounge and garden are shared building amenities and may have their own schedules set by the condominium.

Ceiba at 25 is a new build and so the building has wonderful up to date amenities (pool, gym, coworking spaces). However, I would think twice about renting here due to the over zealous owners who make up fabricated lies about you and your family. We stayed in the building over a two weeks and was met with terrible accusations by the building management. First, the host contacted me regarding smoking in the common areas. No one in my family is a smoker and we fervently refuted the accusations. When we did, the host said they would follow up but never did. The pool is huge but there are people who want to dictate how paying guests enjoy it. Overall this experience was very disappointing considering I have an excellent history with Airbnb and have never had any issues. I am unlikely to stay with this host again.
