You are a short walk from Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), the pedestrian street lined with boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars. Supermarkets, pharmacies and the ferry pier to Cozumel are all within easy reach.
Getting around
Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive. Private airport transfers, taxis and the ADO bus are all convenient options. Once in town, the central location means most shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance, so a car is not needed.

Place was excellent location, next to the all activities, Definitely I recommended this place.

I had a very positive experience overall. The property is beautiful, the people were wonderful, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. The only issue I feel should be communicated more clearly in the listing is the seasonal sargassum. Some days, the odor and air quality were so strong that it was difficult for me to breathe, and I ultimately required medical attention. I also learned that it can tarnish or damage jewelry. I completely understand that this is a natural seasonal issue and not something the hosts can control. However, I do believe future guests should be informed about how severe it can become during certain times of the year so they can make an informed decision before booking. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed the property and appreciated the hospitality.
