Guest access

Self check-in with elevator access to the apartment. Guests have private use of the apartment and balcony, plus access to the building's shared amenities (rooftop pool, gym, indoor pool and spa area). Access details are shared before arrival once guest identification is verified.

Neighborhood

Located in central Playa del Carmen, steps from the beach and a short walk to Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), the pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and nightlife. Supermarkets, pharmacies and the Cozumel ferry pier are all nearby.

Getting around

Cancun International Airport is about a 50-minute drive. Private transfers, taxis and the ADO bus are convenient options. The central location means the beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, so a car is not needed.
