We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.
It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.
For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.

- This is a residential condominium for rest and tranquility: no parties, events, or gatherings. Music and speakers may be used only inside the apartment with windows and doors closed.
- The interior is free of smoke and illegal substances; no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; only registered guests may stay.
- Help us care for the environment by turning off lights and A/C when not in use, and keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.
- Please do not use linens or towels to remove makeup, sunscreen, or tanning lotion, or to clean floors.
- The plumbing is delicate; please place toilet paper and other waste in the bin provided to avoid blockages.
- Dispose of trash only in the designated areas.
- The rooftop pool, gym, and corridors are shared common areas; please follow posted hours and rules and supervise children at all times.
- Respect check-in and check-out times so we can prepare the property for each guest.
- Keep balconies and windows free of towels, clothing, or items visible from outside, per condominium rules.
