Guest access

Self check-in. We send you an access code before arrival so you can enter at your convenience (within the building's established hours) without waiting - we do not keep permanent staff on site. We are reachable by message throughout your stay for anything you need.

Neighborhood

• Beach: a short walk away for sun, sand and swimming.
• Dining: nearby restaurants ranging from authentic Mexican to international cuisine.
• Shopping: local shops and grocery stores within walking distance.
• Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida): easy walk to Playa del Carmen's iconic strip of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
• A great base for exploring cenotes, Cozumel ferries and Riviera Maya attractions.

Getting around

• The condo is inside the Playa Kaan complex with on-site parking available (free).
• Local bus stops nearby connect to downtown Playa del Carmen and surrounding tourist spots.
• Cancun International Airport (CUN): approx. 45-60 minutes by taxi or private shuttle, depending on traffic.
• Renting a car is convenient thanks to on-site parking.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This official identification is required to authorize access to the property and to comply with the building's rules.

You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. We care deeply about the environment and ask you to respect them; to help avoid them, please do not leave food outside.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C, as this can affect its performance..
