This condo is part of Kaab South Beach, a complex that sits about three blocks from the white-sand beach. On the grounds, you'll have access to the rooftop pool, hot tub, and expansive lounge space overlooking the sea, as well as a fitness center and a sauna for your morning sweat sessions.

After a day spent at the beach, walk home to be greeted by an air-conditioned living space full of chic, contemporary style. Fix a few appetizers and cold drinks in the well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a two-burner cooktop, and a coffee maker) and bring them outside to the private balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. You'll also have a dining space with a live-edge table, a modern living room, and a comfortable bedroom with a TV.

Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Neighborhood

Discover the prime location of KAAB South Beach, situated right next to the Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall, perfect for shopping and entertainment. Just steps away, you will find the famous Fifth Avenue, known for its vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and shops (approximately a 10-minute walk). Explore the nearby beaches and enjoy the exciting nightlife of Playa del Carmen. For a unique adventure, consider a day trip to the Jaguar National Park (Parque del Jaguar) in Tulum, easily accessible by car.

Getting around

To make your travel arrangements easier, here is some useful information regarding transportation options near KAAB South Beach.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 55 kilometers (about a 50-minute drive) away.

When it comes to public transit, the most common options in Playa del Carmen are taxis and colectivos (shared vans). Taxis are readily available throughout the city and offer a comfortable, though slightly more expensive, ride. Colectivos are a budget-friendly and efficient alternative for getting around the area, making frequent stops along Fifth Avenue and other key spots.

While the condo building does not have direct public transit right outside the door, Fifth Avenue is just a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to both taxis and colectivos.

Regarding parking, street parking is available but can be limited, especially during peak travel seasons. There are also public and private parking lots located near the condominium complex.

Other things to note

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy . Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
