Set on the fourth floor in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this air-conditioned condo is a convenient home base for exploring the city.

It features a private balcony with a table for two, a cozy living area with a TV and a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.

The galley-style kitchenette is equipped with a full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop, an oven, and a microwave. Please note there is no dishwasher.

Shared building amenities include a spectacular rooftop pool with ocean views and an on-site gym.

Guest access

Self check-in. We provide a personal access code so you can enter the condo at your convenience within the established check-in window, with no waiting and no front-desk lines. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Getting around

The condo is ideally located for exploring Playa del Carmen, with many restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance.

• Public transit: Taxis and colectivos (shared minibuses) are abundant and budget-friendly. The ADO bus station is within walking distance for long-distance connections to Tulum and Cancun.
• Parking: Free street parking is available; nearby paid parking is also available, subject to availability.
• Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a one-hour drive. We recommend booking a private transfer in advance.

Other things to note

Good to know before you book:

• The rooftop pool is communal and shared with other guests; this condo does not have a private pool.
• This unit is not suitable for children.
• All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy and engage in no illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations, to comply with building rules and keep good relations with neighbors.
• You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
• Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or replenishment is available for an additional cost.
