• Full bathroom: Walk-in shower with towels and essentials provided.
• Half-bathroom: An additional guest powder room for convenience.

Please note the rooftop and ground-floor pools are shared common areas, not private.

Guest access

We offer convenient self check-in. We will send you an access code so you can enter the condo at your preferred time within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not have permanent on-site staff, but we are always available by message for anything you need.

The building has an elevator and secure garage parking.

Neighborhood

Located in Playa del Carmen's vibrant Zazil-Ha neighborhood, you are just steps from everything you need.

• A couple of blocks to Fifth Avenue, the pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants, and bars
• Short walk to the beach, including Playa Martina and the calm Playa Shangri-La
• Nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and art galleries

It is a lively, walkable area perfect for soaking up the Caribbean atmosphere.

Getting around

Getting around is easy from this central location.

• Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 50-minute drive. Taxi, private shuttle, or car rental recommended.
• Local transport: taxis and colectivos (shared vans) are common and budget-friendly.
• The ADO bus station is within walking distance, with connections to other cities and attractions.
• Secure garage parking is available in the building for your vehicle.

Other things to note

Before arrival, we will request a photo of an official ID (government-issued photo ID) for each guest who will be staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us authorize access and maintain a good relationship with the neighbors.

You may encounter local wildlife such as birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, or insects during your stay. Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside, as we care for the local environment.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.

For proper air-conditioning performance, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C.
