Getting around
The condo is in a prime location, a short walk from Fifth Avenue, with taxi stands and bus stops nearby. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive away. Paid parking is available on-site. Explore the area easily on foot, by taxi or by public transport.

- The pool and beach access are available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Wi-Fi is available inside the apartment but not in common areas.
- The on-site gym is currently closed.
- Strict occupancy policy: no more than the maximum occupancy is allowed inside the unit or to use the shared facilities.
- There are bars and nightlife nearby; light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
Before arrival, we will request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, along with the signed condominium regulations. This is required to authorize access and maintain good relations with neighbors.
Wildlife: you may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out in the open.
Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional cost.
Air conditioning: please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C for proper operation.

This was our 4th time @ Playa Del Carmen and I wished we stayed here before. Best view of the beach by the pool. Friendly and very helpful staffs. We decided to extend our trip in Mexico and, after spending time in Cancun, wanted a place to wind down and enjoy a more relaxed side of Playa del Carmen. This Airbnb ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, peaceful, tranquil, and close to the beach, while still being within walking distance of downtown Playa del Carmen, great restaurants, and nightlife. One of the highlights was having Lido Beach Club right next door. It quickly became one of our favorite spots for both brunch and dinner, and having such a great beachfront restaurant just steps away was a huge bonus. The individual air conditioning units in each room worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable after long days exploring the area. Perfect for exploring nearby cenotes, relaxing by the beach, or enjoying Playa’s nightlife. We’d definitely stay here again.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y tenía una decoración moderna y acogedora. La cama era bastante cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, algo muy importante por el clima de la zona. Además, la ubicación del hospedaje era excelente, ya que estaba cerca de la playa, restaurantes y la Quinta Avenida, lo que facilitó mucho moverme caminando.
