Guest access

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

You will be just steps away from the sun-kissed shores of Playa del Carmen and less than a mile from the sugar-white sands of Mamitas Beach and the Cozumel ferry pier. Alternatively, get ready to head out and explore the Jaguar National Park (Parque del Jaguar) in Tulum.

Getting around

To reach your paradise in Playa del Carmen, you have several convenient transportation options.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 55 km away, which is about a 50-minute drive by car or taxi.

You can also opt for the ADO bus service, which offers frequent and budget-friendly transfers from the airport to the Playa del Carmen station, located just a few minutes from the property.

To get around town, walking is an excellent option since you will be so close to Fifth Avenue and the beaches. If you prefer to explore further out, taxis and colectivos (local shared shuttles) are highly accessible and easy to find.

As for parking, the property provides private parking on-site for your convenience.

Other things to note

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.

It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.

Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
