Self check-in. We provide a private access code so you can arrive at your convenience within the established check-in hours, with no waiting. We do not have permanent staff on site, but our team is available by chat anytime during your stay.

Neighborhood

The building is on Tulum Avenue, a main road where it is easy to catch a taxi to anywhere in the city.

Within a 10-minute walk you will find a supermarket, the ADO secondary bus station (with buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and more), Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun), and Las Americas mall (where you can catch public transport to the beach).

Getting around

The apartment includes its own free space in the underground parking, plus limited free street parking outside the building.

The nearest public bus stop is a 7-minute walk. From Las Americas mall, take the bus to CRUCERO, get off at the City Hall (Palacio Municipal), cross the street, and take Route 1 or Route 2 to the Hotel Zone. Near the Ibis hotel there is an ADO secondary station with buses to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum, and Xcaret.

• Isla Mujeres ferry (Puerto Juarez): 14 min by car
• Las Americas mall: 7 min walking
• Superama by Walmart and ADO station: 5 min walking

Other things to note

Despite the convenience of a main-avenue location, please note there can be some noise from traffic and from construction in the area and the adjoining building. Our pricing reflects this.

Before arrival, we request a photo of an official ID for each guest who will be staying, as well as signature of the condominium regulations. This authorizes building access and helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.

You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders, and occasionally scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out in the open.

Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.

For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21C.
